• Pricing & payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices can change without notice; full payment is due at checkout.
• Order confirmation. You’ll get an email the moment your order is placed. It confirms we’ve received it — not that every item is guaranteed in stock — so do check it over.
• Changes to these terms. We may update this page from time to time. Continuing to shop with us after a change means you accept the update.

Every piece is made by hand, in small batches, by artisans carrying generations of botanical knowledge. It’s the foundation of everything we make.

We ship to every state in India from our Bengaluru workshop, and dispatch within 24–48 working hours. Every order is wrapped by hand in kraft paper and natural twine — the unboxing is part of the ritual.

• Free shipping, pan-India. On every order, with no minimum cart value. Terms apply.
• Processing time. Dispatched within 24–48 working hours; tracking is emailed the moment it’s picked up.
• Estimated delivery. Metro cities, 3–5 days · Tier 2 & 3 cities, 5–8 days · remote areas, 7–12 days. Peak season may add a little time.
• Delays beyond our control. Courier, weather, or regional disruptions aren’t ours to control, but we’ll help chase a resolution.
• Shipping outside India. Available on request — write to naturesbedonline@gmail.com for rates and timelines.

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll set up a return or exchange.

• Eligible for return: unopened items in original packaging, anything damaged or defective on arrival, or an incorrect item.
• Not eligible: opened fragrance products (for hygiene), personalised items, or damage from misuse.
• Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
• Exchanges are welcome for any item of equal or greater value — you only cover the difference, with no return shipping cost.
• Arrived damaged? Photograph the parcel and product and email us within 48 hours — we’ll resolve it on priority.

Quality isn’t a department here — it’s a philosophy. Every item passes several checks before it reaches you, and our artisans take personal pride in each one.

• Ingredients come from verified botanical suppliers across India, favouring sustainably harvested materials.
• Every batch is checked for scent integrity, burn quality, lather and pH balance, or fragrance longevity, depending on the product.

We treat your information the way we treat our ingredients — nothing unnecessary, nothing harmful, nothing shared without your knowledge.

• You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may work a little differently as a result.
• Our site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors.
• To request deletion of your data, email us — we’ll action it within 30 days.

All payments run through our secure PayU Biz gateway, encrypted end-to-end. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Every part of this site — text, photography, product names, formulations, logo, and brand identity — belongs to Nature’s Bed (Amaranta Organic Products) and is protected under Indian and international law.

• Copying, redistributing, or building on our content without written consent isn’t permitted.
• Using our name, logo, or product identity commercially without permission is a trademark violation.

To the extent the law allows, Nature’s Bed isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our site or products. Our total liability never exceeds the value of the order in question.

• Governing law. These terms follow the laws of Karnataka, India, with disputes resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
• Your rights. Nothing here overrides your statutory rights under India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Sorting it out. Write to us first — most issues are resolved amicably within 48–72 hours.
